Dorothy’s responsibilities with Baiduri Bank include public relations, crisis communication and CSR.

As part of her job, she compiles editorials, annual reports and submission entries for awards. Dorothy has helped the bank to win numerous awards both locally and internationally. Some of these include: ‘Bank of the Year’ from The Banker Magazine for a total of 9 times; ‘Best Banking Group Brunei’ from World Finance Magazine for 5 consecutive years; and ‘Best Retail Bank of the Year Brunei 2012’ from Asian Banker magazine.

Dorothy is actively involved in organising The Baiduri Masters, a flagship CSR event that has raised funds for charity and welfare groups for the past 18 years. She is also a volunteer in the Junior Achievement Programme and was recently appointed as a member of the Executive Committee for the Brunei chapter.
