Heading the Group Marketing of Brunei’s biggest Telco company, Dona Eldeyana Johan’s job portfolio is anything but ordinary. With more than 400,000 customers, five business subsidiaries and the dozens of product lines under her belt, Dona’s responsibilities have called for her extraordinary capabilities.

Dona’s career with DST started at the age of 22 as a Marketing Executive Officer, she was promoted to the position of Strategic Marketing Manager after two short years. In 2006, Dona moved on to join the banking industry, where she spent six years in a marketing role before moving back to DST to head the group’s marketing department.

Some of Dona’s work that you may recognise include the launch of the DST Signature Store, the co-branding initiative of D*Card with Standard Chartered, DST Star Reward Program and the introduction of “DST Quest” Challenge since May 2012. On the CSR front, Dona was also instrumental in the launching of “DST Dare” in 2012, an initiative aimed at encouraging Brunei’s youth to step up to challenges.
