What is the most difficult part about being an entrepreneur?
The most difficult thing about being entrepreneurial is (knowing) when to develop the business and; (understanding) to what extent you are prepared to take risks and the rewards for the company and staff.

What is the best part?
I think that the benefits for the entrepreneur is helping to give the company an international reputation; recognition with contract awards; and providing security for the staff in a working environment that promotes career development and subsequent rewards for them personally.

What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs starting their own business?
The entrepreneur will often risk more, work harder, and demand more of himself or herself than any other ordinary business person.

What has your journey in business taught you about leadership?
Leadership is about directing and coordinating the activities of the team members, encouraging them to work together, developing team skills, knowledge and abilities and it is also about establishing a positive team atmosphere.
